If professional firefighters arrived only a few minutes longer, the flames would hit the roof. But what did not destroy the fire, the water extinguished on it. According to the firefighters, the damage is about half a million crowns.

"We know Marcela as a hard-working colleague. We organized a collection in our own organization, but we want to give the opportunity to contribute to other people in this way as well, "said Pavel Šimon, head of the Chance for Family service at the Polička charity.
The house requires major repairs, new wiring must be done and the chimney also needs to be reconstructed. "The only thing that was lucky in the disaster was the fact that the well-known Marcela became aware of the incident, who offered the family accommodation and a roof over their heads without hesitation," added Šimon.

"The money from the collection will go to the repair of the overall electrical installation and the purchase of the necessary household equipment. The plaster, floor and part of the ceiling also need to be repaired. The ground floor was not hit by fire, but due to the intervention of firefighters, the ceilings are waterlogged, so the rooms must be dried, "said Simon.
