Conference on the topic of reconstruction and operation of apartment buildings

We would like to invite you to the conference Reconstruction and operation of apartment buildings, which will take place on November 13 in Prague, Masarykova College of Czech Technical University, Thákurova 1. The conference is organized by the information portal TZB-info.cz. The 3rd annual conference of the TZB-info portal is intended for cooperatives, SVJ, administrators, technicians and designers and its motto is: operational and safety risks of apartment buildings, practical examples of savings.

The 3rd annual conference takes place during when will the Heating Association notify you of heating, when energy prices change again after a period of stagnation. So when to prepare for disconnection from CZT and when, on the contrary, to stay with it, negotiate the conditions and look for a better technical solution for the heating system? The Energy Management Act and legislation on the energy assessment of buildings are being amended. What are the practical implications for apartment buildings? The subsidy period ends in 2020, and for housing cooperatives and SVJ, information about other investment support options is important. At the same time, they open up very interesting possibilities for savings in electricity supply and the use of photovoltaics and heat pumps. Definitely something to discuss. The conference is prepared in such a way that there is a space for discussion at the partners' tables, in the lobby and within the panel discussions incorporated in individual blocks, to which participants can ask questions throughout the conference through the slido.com application. The lectures are supplemented by other thematic texts that are part of the collection.
