The latest style of construction of family houses has a number of advantages and no one cares that they lack creative ideas and aesthetics. It is a classic example of a system that was claimed in the middle of the last century to be only a temporary replacement for family housing in the form of a "track house".

However, many architectural firms say they charge an additional 20 percent of the cost of construction. In contrast, plans for a standard "confectionery mold" can be made for less than ten thousand dollars. Given that Americans move according to statistics on average every seven years, it is clear why the popularity of this "sweet" is constantly growing.
