But he often threatens this, and it really happens, Ivan describes the problems for the Neighbor Wars series.One neighbor actually "turned off" a circuit breaker while on vacation abroad. He had a spilled refrigerator and freezer, meat and everything else spoiled, a foul odor, the floor destroyed.
I'm afraid that when a neighbor-pest sits on me, the circuit breaker will turn off, and because I'm an aquarist, my beloved fish will catch me. Not to mention the fridge and freezer. I don't even know how the insurance company proceeds in such a case.
