H l i n s k o - the second round of 16 match of the men's regional league ended with a well-deserved win for the home Horses. The responsible and combative performance of the entire team, supported by the reliable performance of the goalkeeper, has tied the playoff series 1:1. The quarterfinals of the men's league will be decided on Friday, February 11. in Litomyšl.

Even in the second match, fast hockey was played with many chances on both sides. Already in the 2nd minute, Horáček checked the opponent's goal with a shot over the defender Hamák. Also on the other side, after Bažant's throw from the blue line, the home goalkeeper Sodomka hid the puck in the catcher. Moments later, he had to deal with a dangerous pass by Voříšek, who wound his way through two players, and finished with a shot. Havel opened the scoring in the 7th minute, when he received a precise pass from Bříza in a full drive and then it was enough to direct the puck into the exposed part of the goal. 1:0. The guests, like in the first match, were able to react lightning fast, Sodomka was able to solve the 3 to 1 outnumbering. But from further pressure in front of the goal, Vaňo leveled the score at 1:1. In practically 10 seconds, the guests were able to take a 2:1 lead when three players exchanged pucks for one touch, and Havlík, who took a pass from the blue line, had no problem turning the score 1:2. In the 10th minute, the first weakness came, but Homola was able to pierce the defender's puck and after the break he could equalize, but the finish between Horáček's legs was not quite successful. At the end of the first period, the home team had the possibility of a power play and then a double, but the players of Jiskry defended it.

The second period was the result of a shootout again, similar to the first match, but this time the home team benefited. In the 23rd minute, Chvojka had the best orientation in front of Horáček's goal and with a hidden shot he got the puck into the goal and it was equalized 2:2. And again in 20 seconds, the guests took the lead again, after Skoumala won a puck in the defensive zone, the puck went to the wing of Stoklas, who shot without preparation 2:3. In the 24th minute, the score changed again, Homola and Cejpek went to a 2 to 1 renumbering and again an accurate pass into the drive and it was equalized 3:3. There was a fight for every meter, the guests wanted to quickly take the lead to their side again. Hlinečtí did not use the power play in the 27th minute, but Litomyšl did in the 34th minute. The game intensified on both sides. In the 37th minute, another somewhat questionable expulsion of the home team, however, with a good attack, Zdražilahosté lost the puck, and with a pass to the free Chvojka, the home team took the lead for the first time, 4:3.

Also at the beginning of the third period, the home player was penalized. The guests made a mistake on the blue line, and after a quick penetration into the opponent's zone, Havel timed a pass to Bříz and he was right 5:3. Litomyšl threw all its forces into the attack, and home goalkeeper Sodomka had his hands and feet full of work. In the 49th minute, he caught the opponent's 100% chance 2 on 1. However, in the 52nd minute, Homol had a break and only the top bar saved the opponent from another goal. Havel had a similar chance after Chvojka's pass, but he didn't convert his bluff. 55th minute another weakening, but the visitors fouled in the goal area and the forces were equal. During a 4-on-4 game, in the 58th minute, Brázda zigzagged from the defensive zone to Horáček's goal, his pass through the goal area was then cleared into Havel's goal 6:3. In the end, when passions flared up on the guests' side, Bříza still had a chance in the break, and in the ensuing skirmishes both sides fought hard and thus a convincing result was decided for Horses.
